This Terms of Service (General Membership Agreement or Membership Agreement) between you ("You", "Member", "User", "Advertiser") and Cashium ("Cashium.net", "we", "us", "our program") sets out the terms of your membership. You must read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement by marking "I Read and Accept the TOS." If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement Cashium is unwilling to allow you to become a member.

1. Description of Cashium service:

Cashium.net is an international and free English based service that allows advertisers to reach customers by viewing their advertisements. Our program is a safe network. We reserve the right to reject any website containing pornography, nudity, sexuality, spam, racist content, copyright infringement, illegal activities or illegal software. By joining Cashium.net you agree that you shall be fully responsible for any filing of taxes that is required by your governmental authorities.

Cashium.net;
1.1. Makes no guarantees concerning the service
1.2. Makes no guarantee that the service does not contain material that could be offensive to some
1.3. Does not verify any user identities on the service
1.4. Does not guarantee the proper use material on the service by any party
1.5. May pass any material to appropriate authorities
1.6. Reserves the right to terminate your use of the service and remove material stored on the service at any time, for any reason

2. Eligibility:

2.1 You must be 14 years of age or older to participate in Cashium.net. We are open to International members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.


3. General Restrictions and Forum Rules:

You may not,
3.1. Disrupt the operation of the service
3.2. Harvest or collect or material or user information from the service
3.3. Use automated means to perform interactions with Cashium.net's services without permission from Cashium.net, except public search engines
3.4. Use the service commercially without permission from Cashium.net
3.5. Use the service in any manner deemed inappropriate by Cashium.net
3.6. Curse, yell or have further intentional disruptive behavior aimed at Cashium.net or its employees You may not act in a manner that negatively affect other users enjoyment of the service. Any threat; whether orally, verbally, in written, via E-mail, via live chat, delivered by second parties or delivered in any other way, and directed towards Cashium.net or any of Cashium.net's employees, partners, staff, members etc. shall be construed as a violation of this Terms of Service agreement and may lead to an account suspension

4. User Account:

4.1. You may only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account is a violation of Terms of Service agreement. If you forget password and username, all you need to do is request a recovery e-mail to your defined e-mail address
4.2. When you register and create a user name, password to become a member, you are responsible for the safe keeping of your access codes and must not disclose it to anyone. However your passwords are stored in an inalterable format to be protected from hacking attempts
4.3. Cashium.net reserves the right to refuse you as a member at the outset or at any time without notice or justification and we have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason and without warning or notice
4.4. You must use your account on a regular basis in order to keep it active. Your account, without a notification, is automatically suspended which have not been used for a period of sixty (60) days
4.5. You can only view ads using one IP address within a 24 hours period. Except that you may use multiple IP addresses to log-in
4.6. Advertisement number depends on advertisers and website management. Cashium does not guarantee any number of advertisements for users
4.7. Your accounts are not transferable and your requests to modify account settings are refused
4.8. You must have a valid, unique e-mail address to register a new account
4.9. Your e-mail addresses are not shown, sold or given to 3rd parties
4.10. Using false and misleading information may lead your account suspended
4.11. All suspended accounts have all their balances reset, all associated referrals taken away and no refunds are made. All suspended accounts are saved in a database and you may not use same information(mail,payment account addresses) for new accounts


5. Payments to Cashium.net:

5.1. All services purchased from Cashium.net can only be used in Cashium.net and within the terms and conditions of Cashium.net
5.2. All payments to Cashium.net are non-refundable and all chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension
5.3. When any service is purchased from Cashium.net by the user, the amount of credits used for the purchase are deducted from the users purchase balance immediately. The user will not have a right to cancel the order after the order has been completed
5.4. We only accept payments from Alertpay and Paypal accounts

6. Payments to Members:

6.1. All payments are made via AlertPay and Paypal. No other method of payment is available at this time.
6.2. You must have a valid, unique AlertPay/Paypal account to be paid
6.3. The minimum amount paid is $2.00 on the first cashout. The amount increases by $2.00 for each cashout until it reaches a fixed minimum amount of $10.00
6.4. All payments are manually processed and completed within 7 days for Standard/Discoverer members and 4 days for Superior/Supreme members
6.5. You can only request one payment at a time. Standard/Discoverer members need to wait 7 days, Superior members need to wait 4 days, Supreme members need to wait 3 days, before requesting a new payment
6.6. Any refunds made by you are refused and the amount is not added back to your main balance as long as our service has no bug or defect


7. Referrals and Promoting:

7.1. You may refer an unlimited amount of people to join our program
7.2. You only receive income from referrals you have directly referred or have purchased through rented referrals.
7.3. Standard/Discoverer members need to click at least 2(two) advertisements and Superior/Supreme members need to click at least 4(four) advertisements to earn from referral clicks next day. Cashium does not limit referral earnings depending on number of viewed advertisements
7.4. You may refer other people in your household. However, they must have a valid unique e-mail address and valid unique AlertPay address/account to register our program
7.5. You may not change your upline and you may not request to have a new upline if you are an unreferred member
7.6. You may not send unsolicited mail to people, asking them to join Cashium.net without any prior contact with you is a violation of this Terms of Service agreement. Cashium.net strictly enforces anti-spamming laws and if we receive any complaint against you for spamming, we first verify that the spam incident did occur and then we delete all current funds and your account
7.7. You are allowed to rent referrals if they are available and within the day limits of your current membership. The amount of rented referrals is limited based on your membership. You can see the limits here.
7.8. Rented referrals are randomly selected and we do not guarantee activity of rented referrals. However we have filter systems for active referrals to be selected


8. Advertisers

8.1. You need to be a registered member of Cashium in order to place your advertisements
8.2. You need to submit your advertisement(s) to be approved by Cashium. Most of the time process is completed within 24 hours
8.3. We reserve the right to reject or withdraw your advertisement at any time, with or without justification, even after we have approved your advertisement
8.4. It is your responsibility to ensure your website is functional and has the capacity to handle the volume of clicks we refer
8.5. You need to deposit a purchase balance to buy clicks for your advertisements. Advertisement packs and the prices are listed here
8.6. All payments to Cashium.net are non-refundable and all chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension
8.7. Any user can view your advertisement once each 24 hours even paused within the same day
8.9. We have advanced anti-cheat systems to insure your advertisements viewed by unique users
8.10. Being an advertiser you are indicating us that you have agreed with the TOS


9. Anti Cheat Policy

9.1. Any attempt to cheat our system will be logged and may lead to an immediate suspension. You have the right to contact us(info@cashium.net) for any objection
9.2. Using auto-click, auto-surf and suchlike programs/softwares are strictly forbidden
9.3. We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without warning or notice. We also have the right to warn users before taking criminal action against


10. Other Restrictions:

10.1. Promoting: Promoting Cashium.net from a site with bad reputation is strictly prohibited. The upline marked with the account will be suspended until further notice if caught
10.2. Copyright: Cashium.net is Copyright © 2010. You are prohibited from distributing, reselling, recoding, modifying or copying Cashium.net at all times
10.3. Assurance: Cashium.net upfront reserves the right to modify the terms at any time, with or without caution. We take no responsibility for violations occurred by Cashium.net members, it's your job to revise the terms on a regular basis
